FAQ
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I am based out of Russellville, Arkansas. I do travel upon request. I charge a travel fee that is concurrent to the Arkansas mileage rate. I travel to Morrilton, Dover, Hector, Dardanelle, or London without an additional charge.
How many photos will I get with my session?
15 min sessions are alloted 10 images
30 min sessions are alloted 25 images
1 hour sessions are alloted 45 images
What if my kids are not cooperating/baby crying during our session? I'm worried we won't get what we want out of our session.
I am not going to set a timer and kick you to the curb! I know how special it is to have photos you love, so relax, and know, that we won't be done shooting until I am confident that I have what I need to send you a beautiful album!
For newborns, I send an information guide to help prepare for our session. However, sometimes they just have a hard day. If for some reason, we are not able to get the photos we need for your album, we will reschedule to another day and try again.
What if I want to extend my session/timeframe?
You are more than welcome to extend your session time the day of. I will send a remaining balance to you, to be paid, before your album is delivered.
How long will it take to get my photos back?
I try to get general session albums returned within 1- 1.5 weeks. If the client is agreeable, I will post "previews" on Facebook and Instagram.
Newborn sessions that require extensive editing may take longer.
Wedding albums are expected to be delivered 4-6 weeks after.
Do you offer printing services?

So.. COVID
I fully expect that each of my client should be a responsible when it comes to being open about quarantine/exposure/etc. Reschedules are completely encouraged and acceptable.
What rights do I have of my photos?
You have printing rights. Images delivered by Portraits by Jaclyn can not be sold, marketed or advertised without the photographers legal consent and knowledge.
